Reason for Return
Photos or videos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Receive Return Authorization
Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Ship the Item
Pack the product securely and include the RMA number.
3.Β Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7β10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
